5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that time to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding - it helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.
